That was so nasty a man must have told you how to do it! Susan B. Anthony would have never been called Susy and detested small children and mewly babies!!! If you want to save lives why not take a real part and adopt???? so few of you do and expect the rest of us to take up the job you don't want to finish....raising a child until it is 18. Glad it arrived in the mail box the day after or even more good Republicans would have been voted out. We voted our disgust this time and you were part of it. and find another woman to use in your cause instead of Susan B. Anthony. and learn to pay enough taxes to support all your programs before you demand it of the rest of us.

Sometimes I think I understand and then see a piece like this and I think--no, I don't understand. Let's just say that picture is close to an actual metaphor. To make it more true, the baby should be in it's mother's arms and she should be standing next to the track, freeway, ocean--whatever. Then ask the question, "Would you take action?" The answer would come--"Action to do what?" And you would say, "To stop her from killing her baby." And ultimately, the answer is always, "How can anyone stop any mother from killing her own baby?" God has given dominion over the unborn child to it's mother. If the mother doesn't want her baby, nothing will save her baby. The only way to fight abortions to help mothers want their babies--make it possible for them to care for them, raise them, provide for them. Give mothers help, love and acceptance, employment, healthcare, counseling. Then maybe they won't feel so inclined to take the route of killing their baby. But all this action to make it illegal--think about it. It's truly pointless and unenforcable. How could you prove a woman killed her baby rather than miscarried? That's the difference between the ad as you show and as I said. The baby is not out there by himself, he's inside his mom and that place is truly dark and mysterious.

Seiously, Prolifepolichicks, I suggest posting a historical page on this blog on "Miss A" (Anthony) and her sisters-in-arms focusing on their record regarding abortion. It seems many of your readers would benefit from the information and it would save time to be able to direct your detractors to the factsheet rather than responding to the same inane comments over and over.

For the record, Anthony doted on her nieces, often tended Elizabeth Cady Stanton's large brood while Cady was working on articles or speeches, and was cited by Frances Willard as responding thusly to a gentleman who complimented her maternal nature:
