Facebook Shuts Down our SBA Profile

Dear SuzyB Readers—

For those of you who are our friends on facebook, you may have noticed we’ve been absent from your Newsfeed today. We have not “de-friended” you!

Unfortunately today, and without warning, Facebook disabled our profile for Susan B. Anthony because it was a “profile” not a “Fan Page.” Apparently profiles are for “people” not “organizations,” although I think we can all agree Susan B. Anthony is, in fact, a person!

The sad news it that we’ve lost over 2,000 friends with whom we have been communicating daily. In order to get back in touch, please become a fan of SBA on Facebook. Then post the Fan Page in your profile and invite your friends to become fans. Here’s the link:
