Sometimes I think I understand and then see a piece like this and I think--no, I don't understand. Let's just say that picture is close to an actual metaphor. To make it more true, the baby should be in it's mother's arms and she should be standing next to the track, freeway, ocean--whatever. Then ask the question, "Would you take action?" The answer would come--"Action to do what?" And you would say, "To stop her from killing her baby." And ultimately, the answer is always, "How can anyone stop any mother from killing her own baby?" God has given dominion over the unborn child to it's mother. If the mother doesn't want her baby, nothing will save her baby. The only way to fight abortions to help mothers want their babies--make it possible for them to care for them, raise them, provide for them. Give mothers help, love and acceptance, employment, healthcare, counseling. Then maybe they won't feel so inclined to take the route of killing their baby. But all this action to make it illegal--think about it. It's truly pointless and unenforcable. How could you prove a woman killed her baby rather than miscarried? That's the difference between the ad as you show and as I said. The baby is not out there by himself, he's inside his mom and that place is truly dark and mysterious.
