I'm sorry but the choice between losing your job or assisting in murder isn't a difficult one unless you lack the conviction that abortion is murder... or you value your job more than your convictions. Why would one even WANT to keep your job with a place that put you in such a situation? "Forced" would be a situation where you're given no choice or a choice between two evils, with physical consequences (such as being arrested, imprisonment and/or violent repurcussions) as the result of refusing to cooperate.
